Haha I love that lolcat. I hope you had a nice break this week–you TOTALLY deserved it for finishing WIP2! The end of my draft seems sooo far away…ugh, I can’t wait. How long are you going to let the draft sit before diving into edits?
My plan was to leave it alone for two weeks and use this time to read all the fun books I’d been ignoring. But now that I’m trying to ignore WIP2, all I want to do is work on it. (O_o srsly, brain elves?)
I’ve come up with a solution though: research! Reading up on science fiction, the publishing industry, and other nerdy things is less challenging now that I’m done with that draft! (but, I kinda overdid it and now my eyes are useless, and I haz the dumb!)
Ha! I guess I’ve had the dumb this week, too.
